In recognition of Veterans Day, the Lexington Legends are introducing a six-game ticket package for 2017 that will include Military Appreciation Night, Independence Day and a Sunday game on Memorial Day Weekend. The package, which is available through November 14, also includes the home opener and the final home date of the season when the Legends, class A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals, will play a doubleheader.
In addition, with the holiday season approaching, the Legends invite fans to go to www.lexingtonlegends.com to take advantage of a 30% discount and free shipping on merchandise ordered online from the Legends’ team store, the Stache Shoppe. Click on the “Team Store” tab and enter the promo code USA2016 (no space).
The Legends Veterans Day Package schedule:
*Opening Night – Thursday, April 13, 7:05 p.m. Legends vs. West Virginia Power (Pittsburgh Pirates)
Memorial Day Weekend – Sunday, May 28, 2:05 p.m. Legends vs. Columbia Fireflies (New York Mets)
*Independence Day – Tuesday, July 4, 7:05 p.m. Legends vs. West Virginia Power (Pittsburgh Pirates)
*Military Appreciation Night – Saturday, July 8, 6:35 p.m. vs. Greenville Drive (Boston Red Sox)
*Fan Appreciation Doubleheader – Wednesday, August 30, 5:35 p.m. vs. Augusta GreenJackets (San Francisco Giants)
*A fireworks show will follow the game.

With box seats, the package is priced at $50. Field box seats are $60. Each order will include a Legends lapel pin.
