The Rome Braves would like to invite fans to join us for the May 13 Education Day game as a local resident is commissioned as a Marine Second Lieutenant.
John Michael Howard is a native to Rome, GA and is the son of David Carlton Howard and Sylvia Ann Howard. Michael is a 2014 graduate of Berry College with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Economics. Upon graduation, Michael will be commissioned as a Marine Second Lieutenant through the United States Marine Corps Platoon Leader’s Class. Second Lieutenant Howard’s next assignment will be The Basic School in Quantico, VA.
The Rome Braves take on the Asheville Tourists on May 13th at 10:30am.
