
2020 NATIONAL ANTHEM REGISTRATION FORM
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp prepare to open their schedule of 70 home games on April 15, the club is inviting the talent of Northeast Florida to audition to perform the National Anthem before a Jumbo Shrimp home game this season. Individuals and groups can now register for the February 20 National Anthem auditions, to be held at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville.
National Anthem auditions will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 20 – rain or shine – at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville. Interested individuals and groups may schedule an audition time by completing a registration form emailing it to director of promotions & special events David Ratz at david@jaxshrimp.com or faxing to (904) 358-2845.
Individuals or groups who performed during the 2019 Jumbo Shrimp season are not required to audition if they are interested in performing again in 2020. Such individuals or groups should still complete and email the registration form, indicating a past performance at a Jumbo Shrimp game.

(UPTOWN CHARLOTTE, NC) — The Charlotte Knights and Queen City Q — the team’s Official BBQ — are once again teaming up to host the club’s annual National Anthem auditions on Tuesday, February 18. For the seventh consecutive season, the auditions will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Queen City Q in Uptown Charlotte. The auditions are free of charge and are open to the public. Performers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
OKLAHOMA CITY – Registration is now open online for the 10th annual Oklahoma City Dodgers National Anthem Tryouts. The OKC Dodgers will host open auditions Saturday, March 28 at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark for musical performers to sing or play “The Star-Spangled Banner” before Dodgers home games throughout the 2020 baseball season.
FREDERICK, MD -Local area singers and musicians can begin preparing for the 2020 Frederick Keys National Anthem auditions. Taking place on Tuesday, March 3, auditions are once again set to take place at the FSK Mall in Center Court from 5-8 p.m.

DAYTON, OHIO – A traditional sign that baseball season is just around the corner in the Miami Valley is National Anthem Tryouts, presented by the Dayton Daily News. Tryouts for national anthem performers for the 2020 season will take place on Saturday, February 22 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Mall at Fairfield Commons.
Bradenton, Fla. – The Pittsburgh Pirates will hold National Anthem auditions on Saturday, January 18 from 10:00 a.m.-12 p.m. at LECOM Park. Auditions are open to anyone interested in singing The Star Spangled Banner prior to a Pirates Spring Training game in 2020. Prospective singers must feel comfortable performing in front of audiences of 7,000 people or more.

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. – Open auditions to sing the National Anthem at New York Mets spring training home games and St. Lucie Mets home games for the 2020 season will be held on Saturday, December 14 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

In partnership with the Big Sky High School Drama Department, the Missoula Osprey have announced their first ever Nightmare at the Ballpark. The series of SPOOKTACULAR events will be held from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. on October 18, 19, 25, 26, 30 and 31.

VISALIA, CA – The Visalia Rawhide partnered with Valley Children’s and Las Madrinas Guild to raise money through a jersey auction. In February, the Rawhide announced its first-ever design-a-jersey contest for children 16 and under. Two children, Kaylee Munyon (9) and Pete Lopez (13), received the most fan-votes for their separate designs. It was determined by the selection committee to combine their jersey designs into one cohesive piece.
