Tampa, FL. – The Tampa Yankees and The Container Store will team up in the fight against Breast Cancer as they host “Pink Out Night” on Saturday, May 4th, at George M. Steinbrenner Field. Gates open at 5:00pm, and the Tampa Yankees will take on the Clearwater Threshers at 6:00pm. There will be pre-game activities for all fans and a post game fireworks show sponsored by Bright House Networks.
Tampa Yankees players and coaches will be wearing custom made pink jerseys that will be auctioned off during the game. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute. At the conclusion of the game all auction winners will have the opportunity to have their picture taken and jersey signed with the player who wore it.
Tickets for Pink Out Night, as well as future Tampa Yankees games can be purchased at the George M. Steinbrenner Field Box Office or through TicketMaster. Ticket prices start at $4 for General Admission and $6 for Reserved Seating. Family 4-packs are also available for Saturday’s game for $38 and include two passes to Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo.
